Effective date: April 16, 2026
By accessing or using Read a lot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Read a lot is a personal language learning tool that allows you to import e-books, track vocabulary, and review words using spaced repetition. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You retain ownership of all content you import into Read a lot (e-books, notes, etc.). You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to import and use any content. We do not claim ownership of your imported content and do not share it with other users.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data; (c) use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Service; (d) distribute malicious content through the Service.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. The offline reading feature is provided as a convenience and may have limitations.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, reading progress, or vocabulary records, though we make reasonable efforts to maintain data integrity and regular backups.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from your profile page.
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
